Payment for insulation services is due directly to Integrity Insulation, regardless of rebate or loan timelines. Rebate processing is managed by your energy advisor and may take time after completion. Clients must not begin work until the pre-retrofit audit is complete, or they risk disqualifying from the program. The rebate and loan programs are administered independently of Integrity Insulation — our responsibility is to complete compliant, high-quality insulation work.
